As Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will lead customer relationships and deliver projects and activities with Bryj internal application teams with high NPS & CSAT results. The CSM plays a key role in delivering value and Bryj product s
ubject matter expertise that meaningfully impacts the customers’ business.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer relationship, account and projects that guide and ensure customer’s mobile (digital) strategy, mobile application development & publication, and value-creating deliverables (e.g., customer return on investment – ROI) which include:
- High performing mobile apps
- Connected & integrated apps
- Tagged apps and data flow
- Campaign, audience and notification program setup and usage
- Customer Rhythm of Business (ROB) and reporting
- Work closely with all cross functional teams including Technical Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, UX designers, Developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-performing, scalable, and maintainable mobile apps that meet functional requirements and solve business challenges communicated by customers.
- Dedicate time and care to deliver professionally written customer communication, as well as verbal communication via conference calls.
- Regularly communicate and push-forward the status of all project related tasks.
- Work with a spirit of collaboration and respect with internal and external teams to ensure a positive work environment is fostered.
- Deliver high CSAT (customer satisfaction) and NPS (net promotion score) results.
- Assist achieving retention, expansion, and renewal targets.

Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Account Manager, and / or Customer Success Manager (CSM) in technology-related businesses
- Specific experience leading large, global company customer relationships.
- Familiarity or expertise with mobile application development, website creation and app stores.
- Experience working within an agile framework and scrum methodology (working with cross functional teams in sprint formats).
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) a plus.
In addition, efficiency, integrity, organization, proactivity, enthusiasm and adaptability are the soft skills that will help you succeed in this position.
Minimum Skill and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Native French speakers are a plus.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Microsoft 365 or similar.
Role Location:
- This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, Portugal that is required to be in our Lisbon office at least 4 days per week, or as determined by the SVP Engineering & Operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and formulating components that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices.
- Implementing measures to safeguard users’ data.
- Ensuring that the construction and presentation of our SDKs are coherent with the company’s standards.
- Proofreading your code and correcting mistakes before each SDK version is released.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Scrum team to understand project requirements and user stories to create detailed test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs.
- Prepare and maintain detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and cases.
- Execute test cases manually and through automated testing tools to verify and validate software functionality.
- Manage the defect tracking process, including identification, reporting, and resolution verification.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features and changes do not affect existing functionality.
- Engage in Sprint Retrospectives to provide feedback on product quality and improve development processes by enhancing testing methodologies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team Lead to assist with the release process.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead customer engagements to capture business requirements; translate needs into technical requirements for mobile app development and value realization.
- Develop and manage functional requirements, use cases, and detailed design specifications.
- Collaborate intensively with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, UX designers, Developers, and QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and sustainable mobile apps that align with functional requirements and address business challenges identified by customers.
